We use technologies that allow our partners to engage. If necessary and appropriate, we utilize our Opal® framework. This allows us to deliver functioning prototypes early in the process. Users and other stakeholders can provide immediate feedback on design, function, and accessibility. Giving stakeholders early ownership allows our team to easily adjust development so that the final product always meets or exceeds expectations.
We use our own enCorps project management and collaboration software to manage all of our partners’ projects. Through the software’s common toolset, we are able to streamline development, manage changes effectively, and provide an organized and consistent approach to long-term post-implementation support. Our toolset provides a unique approach to facilitate collaboration and organize the key artifacts of any development effort tailored to meet each client’s unique needs.
