“We’re in business to provide solutions. Not products. The solutions we deliver are on time, within budget, and beyond expectations.”
James Thomson, our founder and CEO, has always wanted to build a custom software development company that provided flexibility to his partners and employees. In 2006, that goal became a reality when he co-founded an IT services organization that allowed his employees to deliver custom software from anywhere in the US. His ability to understand what a client wants and needs and to identify quality employees from around the country inspired him to assemble a team of professionals who deliver custom business solutions while building valued long-term client relationships. Over the years, this approach has enabled ServiceLogix to grow, deepen its expertise, become more agile, and gain recognition and respect as an expert in custom-built software.
Our vision is to engage partners to reach a common goal. We believe companies compete and succeed by finding those unique elements that can deliver an exceptional result for their customers. We believe technology is central to competing and succeeding. Every business deserves a solution designed from the ground up to meet their unique needs—affordably, timely, and reliably. ServiceLogix delivers those solutions.
Our mission is threefold:
- To deliver solutions and unleash every customer’s potential. To succeed because our customers succeed.
- To continually innovate and make our solutions practical, accessible, and valuable.
- To provide opportunities for all ServiceLogix stakeholders to be challenged, learn, and grow. As a virtual company, we seek talent nationwide and use technology to balance a productive, rewarding career with an opportunity for an exceptional life-work balance.
Every customer is also our partner. We view ourselves as an extension of our partners.
Trust is at the very core of what we do. We do what we say. We’re accountable to our customers and to ourselves. We are focused on solutions and put our customers first.
